Trouble shooting technical issues

Technical issues are an infrequent occurrence, but if you have an issue even after updating to the latest version of the Outsmarted app then please read the following advice that should help to resolve your issue. 

UNINSTALL / REINSTALL

If you find that the you are having a connection or freezing issue even after updating the the latest version of the Outsmarted app then please manually uninstall then reinstall the app as this will resolve 99% of issues. 

You must repeat this process for all devices connected to the host before you play again.  

IF YOU CAN'T USE A COMPLETED QUESTION CATEGORY

This is a known issue and it will be resolved in the next few days. 

WHAT TO DO IF THE HOST IS DISCONNECTED DURING A GAME? 

Select the RESUME GAME option on the Home Screen, connected devices will receive a popup message asking them wait for you to reconnect. 

WHAT TO DO IF A CONNECTING DEVICE IS DISCONNECTED DURING THE GAME? 

Select the REJOIN GAME option on the Home Screen, the host will receive a popup message when you disconnect and a second one when you reconnect.
